As some of you know, I’m not a *huge* chocolate person. Sure, I love a piece of dark chocolate at night, but a triple chocolate brownie topped with chocolate ice cream is not appealing to me. I’m too vanilla for that.
However, I freaking LOVE chocolate pudding. I don’t know what it is about pudding specifically, but I could eat chocolate pudding by the bucket. (I’d probably get sick, but worth it? Maybe.)

Turns out avocado makes the best base for a healthier chocolate pudding that gives Jello a run for its money, thanks to its creaminess, fattiness and neutral flavor. The cocoa powder covers up any avocado flavor beautifully!
